As a licensed plumber at US Property Experts INC, you will play a critical role in providing expert plumbing services, including installations, repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance, ensuring efficient and reliable solutions for our clients. This role requires strong knowledge of plumbing systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
• Handle plumbing fixtures and equipment, including pipes, fittings, valves, water heaters
• Troubleshoot issues and recommend effective solutions
• Conduct inspections to assess plumbing system conditions and identify problems
• Diagnose issues accurately and suggest repairs or replacements
• Ensure compliance with plumbing codes and regulations
