Job summary

Janco, Inc. in Rollinsford, NH is seeking experienced plumbers to install, repair and maintain plumbing and heating systems. You will interpret blueprints, work with various piping materials, and conduct inspections to diagnose and fix issues.

The role reports to the Master Plumber and requires strong safety awareness, punctuality, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A NH license is required, with gasfitter’s license preferred, and a valid driver’s license is

Qualifications

• Must have NH plumbing license or be eligible for licensure.
• Knowledge of NH codes and safety rules applicable to plumbing.
• Experience with HVAC plumbing systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reports directly to the Master Plumber.
• Communicate with Master Plumber to identify solutions and progress on jobs.
• Install, repair and maintain plumbing & heating systems and fixtures.
• Perform routine inspections, diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues and units.
• Interpret blueprints and building specifications for each job site.
• Utilize copper, steel, cast iron, PVC, CPVC, PEX piping and other materials.
• Keep detailed reports of work and manage work log.
• Adhere to safety policies and current regulations.

Required Skills

• Ability to well and solder pipes for repairs or installations.
• Mechanical knowledge and basic contracting skills.

Required Qualifications

• Master or Journeyman Plumbers License in the State of NH
• State of NH Gasfitter’s License preferred
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must maintain required licenses
