We are expanding in eight states in the USA and looking for trustworthy, experienced plumbers with integrity. As a licensed plumber at US Property Experts INC, you will play a critical role in providing expert plumbing services to our clients. Responsibilities include installations, repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance, ensuring efficient and reliable plumbing solutions. This role requires strong knowledge of plumbing systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation and Repair: Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties. Handle a variety of fixtures and equipment, including pipes, fittings, valves, and water heaters. Troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions.
• Inspection and Diagnosis: Conduct inspections, diagnose issues accurately, and provide repair or replacement recommendations. Ensure compliance with plumbing codes and regulations.
• Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, explain repair options, pricing, and timelines, and maintain a positive customer experience.
• Documentation and Reporting: Keep detailed records of work, generate reports and invoices, and suggest process improvements.
• Safety and Compliance: Follow safety protocols, stay updated on codes and standards, and handle hazardous materials properly.

Requirements:

• Valid plumbing license in the USA
• Proven experience as a plumber in residential and commercial settings
• Own tools and transportation, valid driver's license
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and fixtures
• Excellent diagnostic, problem-solving, and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
