Heart Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electric in Colorado is seeking a Licensed Plumber for a full-time role with 5 x 8hr shifts. Salary ranges from $100,000 to $200,000 annually, with pay variations up to $250,000+ depending on performance and duties.

• Valid Colorado Professional License required (on file with DORA).
• Background check and drug test required for hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the flow and drainage of water, air, and other gases by assembling, installing, and repairing pipes, fittings, and plumbing fixtures.
• Ensure all installation or repairs meet current code requirements and safety standards.
• Provide for the safe condition and operation of all plumbing systems for customers.
• Troubleshooting, maintaining, and recommending replacement of plumbing systems.
• Build strong customer relationships and explain services to customers.
• Complete required paperwork and maintain the truck neatly and cleanly.

Education

State of Colorado Plumbing License (RP/JP/MP) or ability to obtain within 60 days

Position Summary:

As a Licensed Plumber you will maintain the flow and drainage of water, air, and other gases by assembling, installing, and repairing pipes, fittings, and plumbing fixtures. Maintain and provide for the safe condition and operation of all plumbing systems for customers. Ensure all installation or repairs are done in a professional manner that meets current code requirements. Ensure customer satisfaction on all jobs.

Troubleshooting, maintaining, and recommending replacement of plumbing systems.

Recommending any additional upgrades that can better the client’s needs.

Build strong customer relationships.

Provide instructions to the customers on using their equipment / system.

Wear booties while in the customer’s building and maintain a neat work area when performing a repair or service.

Ensuring the equipment is working properly before leaving the home

Always explain to the customer what service you are performing.

Always be safety conscious both on the job and while driving.

Maintain company standard Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

Complete all required paperwork

Maintain your truck so that it is always neat and clean on the inside and outside.

Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Valid Colorado Professional License on file with DORA. (Required)
• Background check and Drug Test required for hire. Heart is a drug free employer, which includes marijuana.
• Must have a valid, insurable driving record and license.

Experience

• Must have a State of Colorado Plumbing License (RP / JP / MP) or be able to obtain one within first 60 days of employment.
