Job summary

Heart Heating Cooling Plumbing & Electric in Colorado is seeking a Licensed Plumber to join our full-time team. You will maintain water, air and gas systems by installing and repairing pipes and fixtures, ensuring code-compliant installations and customer satisfaction at every job.

The role includes strong benefits, company vehicle, and ongoing training as part of our premier service team in the state.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Colorado Professional License on file with DORA (Required).
• Background check and Drug Test required for hire; Heart is a drug-free employer, including marijuana.
• Must have a valid, insurable driving record and license.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting, maintaining, and recommending replacement of plumbing systems.
• Recommending any additional upgrades that can better the client’s needs.
• Build strong customer relationships.
• Provide instructions to the customers on using their equipment / system.
• Wear booties while in the customer’s building and maintain a neat work area when performing a repair or service.
• Ensuring the equipment is working properly before leaving the home.
• Always explain to the customer what service you are performing.
• Always be safety conscious both on the job and while driving.
• Maintain company standard KPI.
• Complete all required paperwork.
• Maintain your truck so that it is always neat and clean on the inside and outside.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Summary:

As a Licensed Plumber you will maintain the flow and drainage of water, air, and other gases by assembling, installing, and repairing pipes, fittings, and plumbing fixtures. Maintain and provide for the safe condition and operation of all plumbing systems for customers. Ensure all installation or repairs are done in a professional manner that meets current code requirements. Ensure customer satisfaction on all jobs.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
