Job summary

Alliance Group is seeking a Licensed Plumber based in North Clarendon, VT to join our growing Install team. You will lead a crew, inspect systems for code compliance, and perform installations and repairs using pro-press, threading, and soldering.

You will also support service tasks for commercial HVAC systems and maintain thorough documentation. You must hold an active plumbing license and OSHA 10; read blueprints and as-builts, with 2+ years of commercial plumbing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active plumbing license (journeyman or master) required.
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and document asbuilts required.
• 2+ years of commercial plumbing experience preferred.
• NH and/or VT Gas license preferred.
• Rigging certification preferred.

Job Summary

Alliance Group is seeking a Licensed Plumber based in North Clarendon, VT to join our growing Install team.

Key Responsibilities

Role-Specific Essential Duties

• Utilize core plumbing skills such as using hand tools, plumbing tools, and power tools to perform plumbing installations and repairs (pro-press, threading, soldering, etc.)
• Inspect and test plumbing systems to ensure they are up to code, meet all building and safety standards, and job specifications are met
• Lead a crew of manageable size and ensure daily reports, communication, ordering of materials and productivity is maintained to ensure project schedules are upkept
• Assist with service-related tasks for commercial HVAC systems.

Organization-Specific Essential Duties

• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating and fully explaining current issues, timelines, and resolutions to customers when appropriate.
• Identify and report to owner potential opportunities for additional business (newer system, service contracts, and additional services).
• Document all installed equipment upon arrival: make, model, serial number, type of fuel, necessary test measurements, and pictures as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and company work vehicle.

Essential Qualifications and Competencies

Role-Specific

• Active plumbing license (journeyman or masters) required.
• OSHA 10 required, OSHA 30 preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and document asbuilts required
• Ability to read specifications and identify RFI’s required
• 2+ years of commercial plumbing experience preferred
• NH and/or VT Gas license preferred
• Rigging certification preferred

• Applicants must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• A background verification and motor vehicle check will be required.
• A post-offer pre-employment screen (POPES) is required for this position.
