Due to our continued growth, we have a full-time position available for an experienced Licensed Plumber/Boiler Technician. We provide a wide range of plumbing services to residential customers and expert service and maintenance on various residential FHW heating equipment throughout Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire.

We seek a skilled, experienced Plumber to join our team. Responsibilities include replacement/installation of residential plumbing fixtures, pipe repair, leak detection, water heater replacement, and servicing and repair of forced hot water heating systems.

Job Duties

• Effectively troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair plumbing issues
• Service and install water heaters
• Maintain and repair forced hot water heating systems
• Exceed customer expectations and resolve concerns promptly
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services/products
• Maintain accurate records of service calls and work performed
• Keep job site and truck clean and organized
• Participate in training and ongoing education

Job Requirements

• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes
• Boiler experience a plus
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective communication and professionalism with customers
