Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning, organizing, developing, and delivering Physical Therapy services.
  • Provide individual therapy according to care plans.
  • Assist in resident assessments and therapy plan development.
  • Coordinate with other departments and follow safety standards.
  • Maintain supplies and equipment.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited PTA program and valid license.
  • Minimum two years' experience in related medical facilities.
  • Excellent customer service, dependability, attention to detail, and flexibility.
  • Successful background check and physical/drug screen.
