You’ll assess needs, plan personalized interventions, and work with a multidisciplinary team to enhance residents’ independence and safety.

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy and wellness services (physical, occupational, or speech) for older adults.

• Maintain professional and ethical standards in line with company initiatives.
