Licensed Physical Therapist - SNF (PT) PRN

Join our team as a Licensed Physical Therapist - SNF (PT) PRN at EmpowerMe Wellness.

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide services in skilled nursing facilities (SNF) that may include rehab-to-home or long-term care. Therapy services are covered by private insurance and Medicare Part A.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy and wellness services to older adults.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and perform therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment.
• Maintain professional standards and adhere to ethical practices.
• Contribute to program development, quality improvement, and problem-solving initiatives.
• Enhance patients' functional well-being and satisfaction.

Your Schedule

Enjoy flexible scheduling that allows you to tailor your work hours to your lifestyle, typically operating from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
