Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Physical Therapist for a Full-Time position in a Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care setting. Must be licensed. We offer competitive pay, supportive culture, and opportunities for professional growth.

You will assess and treat patients with mobility impairments, develop care plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and maintain compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS or DPT).
• Current license as Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with mobility, strength, balance, and functional impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
