Tender Touch Rehab Services is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in a full-time role at our skilled nursing/long-term care setting. You will provide treatments under supervision and help coordinate patient care with the supervising Physical Therapist.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA‑accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
