Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE accredited program for PT.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments as per policy.
• Document all records accurately and in a timely manner.
• Follow established policies related to the scope of practice.
• Initiate and respond to priorities in patient care.
• Complete required trainings and orientations successfully.
• Perform additional duties as directed by supervisor.
