Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
• Active Colorado PT license, or eligibility/pending licensure.
• Ability to work full-time in one of the listed Colorado markets.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide quality, compassionate care across rehabilitation settings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab and nursing/medical teams.
• Supervise and partner with PTAs.
• Document care in EMR systems per state, federal, and facility standards.
• Promote functional independence, safety, and quality of life.
