Licensed Physical Therapist – PT – Full Time

HTS is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our therapy team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This PT will conduct evaluations, progress notes, recerts and discharges and provide treatments at two campuses offering a full continuum of care including skilled nursing, assisted living, independent living, and memory care. This is a full-time position at 30–40 hours per week and includes compensated mileage and drive time for travel between the two facilities. The communities are located about 6 miles/15 minutes apart: one nestled in the vibrant Eastown neighborhood, and the other located near Cascade and Ada.

Requirements

• Applicants must have an active Michigan Physical Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Michigan license. These qualifications include earning an advanced degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education‑accredited physical therapist education program, passing the state licensure exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
• Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
