Responsibilities

The Opportunity

We are hiring a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to work with residents of senior living communities, including independent, assisted living, and memory care settings. Therapy services are covered by private insurance and Medicare Part B.

As a PT, your responsibilities include:

  • Providing physical therapy and wellness services for older adults
  • Conducting assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions within a multidisciplinary team
  • Supporting care coordination through wellness visits, communication with providers and caregivers, and assisting with telehealth visits
  • Maintaining professional standards and ethical practices
  • Contributing to program development, quality improvement, and problem-solving
  • Enhancing patients’ functional well-being and satisfaction
Your Schedule

Our clinics typically operate from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, but we offer flexible scheduling to suit your lifestyle.
