Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness in Louisville, KY is seeking licensed therapy professionals to join our EmpowerMe 360 program, integrating therapy, wellness, and medical care to support residents.

You’ll provide therapy and wellness services to older adults, conduct assessments, create care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote independence and safety in daily living.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
