EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking licensed therapists (PT/OT/SLP) to join our EmpowerMe 360 program serving seniors in Ohio. You will deliver physical, occupational, or speech therapy, assess needs, and create individualized care plans within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team.

This full-time role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, flexible schedules, continuous professional development, and opportunities to advance in leadership while helping residents live independently and safely.
