Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist or a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team! As a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapy Assistant, you will work closely with patients to assist them in exercises or daily tasks, motivate and encourage them, and correct their posture or form as needed. You will also record accurate patient information, set up necessary equipment, and maintain a clean, safe work environment. The ideal candidate works well independently and in a team, maintains a positive attitude, and has knowledge of physical therapy guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with exercises and daily functional tasks, ensuring safety and proper form
• Review and administer individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress
• Assist using support devices like walkers, canes, or wheelchairs
• Mentor and encourage patients through major life changes
• Maintain all equipment and ensure a safe environment

Qualifications
