Overview

We are seeking a Physical Therapist. A physical therapist provides medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services to restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary, and/or integumentary disorders.

Shift’s Available: Days

Employment Type: Per Diem/PRN

Hours: 8-hour shift

Location: Southern Regional Medical Center - Riverdale, GA

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

The Physical Therapist I performs responsibilities in accordance with Physical Therapy/Hospital policies, state and federal licensing and accrediting requirements. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to plan, implement, evaluate, and revise the plan of care and discharge plan for each patient, as documented in the patient's medical record.
