Qualifications

• CPR certification is required.
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• Current California PT license or eligibility for licensure is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations and training requirements.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team.
