Qualifications

• Licensed PT required with active state licensure.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred.
• Willingness to engage in mentorship and team growth.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients and document care.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and policies.
• Collaborate with physicians, staff, and third-party payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings and initiatives.
