Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program required.
• Current, active, and unencumbered Physical Therapist license in New Jersey required.
• Evidence of a current satisfactory physical examination and/or freedom from communicable diseases.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments to improve mobility and quality of life.
• Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Communicate resident progress with interdisciplinary team members.
