Overview

We are seeking a Physical Therapist. A physical therapist provides medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services to restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary, and/or integumentary disorders.

Bonus Options: up to $20,000

Hours: 8 hour shift

Location: Southern Regional Medical Center - Riverdale, GA

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Physical Therapist I performs responsibilities in accordance with hospital policies, state and federal licensing and accrediting requirements. Collaborates with other professionals to plan, implement, evaluate, and revise the plan of care and discharge plan for each patient, as documented in the patient’s medical record.
