Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the United States.
• Evidence-based treatment planning demonstrated.
• Experience with rehab technologies and medical equipment.
• Excellent patient and family education skills.
• Ability to work within an interdisciplinary team.
• Accurate EMR documentation and recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and assess physical function and mobility needs.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans.
• Use innovative rehabilitation technologies to support recovery and functional restoration.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment goals, exercises, and self-management.
