Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.
• Valid Texas Physical Therapy license (or temporary license).
• 1 year licensed PT experience.
• Clear and open communication; collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Render professional and technical physical therapy to assigned patients.
• Provide direct and indirect patient care using the Practice of Physical Therapy Act/Rules (evaluation, treatment planning and implementation, ongoing re‑assessment and discharge planning).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure patient safety and comfort.
