Job summary

Methodist Mansfield Medical Center is seeking a Physical Therapist 1 in Mansfield, Texas. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide professional physical therapy services to patients.

You will evaluate, plan, implement, re-assess, and discharge patients in accordance with PT Act/Rules. The position requires graduation from an accredited PT program, current BLS, and Texas licensure (or temporary license).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate or post-baccalaureate program in Physical Therapy.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification.
• Required Texas license or Temporary license; 1 year licensed PT.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality physical therapy.
• Render professional and technical PT services to assigned patients.
• Evaluate, plan, implement, re-assess, and discharge planning per PT Act/Rules.
• Communicate clearly and build relationships to support patient care.
• Be proactive in professional growth and maintain patient safety and experience.
