Job summary

Pittman Physical Therapy, LLC in Tennessee is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility and function under the direction of the doctor of physical therapy.

The candidate should have an advanced degree from an APTA-accredited program, hold a TN state license (or be in process) and maintain good standing with the State Board of Physical Therapy. Strong organization and initiative are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Excellent physiology knowledge and standards.
• Hands-on experience with therapeutic exercises and functional training.
• Ability to communicate and instruct effectively; documentation skills.
• License to practice or relevant certification.
• CPR Certification (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Evaluating each patient that is specific to age, illness, injury, and/or disease.
• Timely preparing a written plan of care based on evaluation findings.
• Supervising the implementation of each plan of care, and coordinating treatment with support staff.
• Tracking established clinic metrics for both therapist and administrative staff.
• Being a proactive member of our team bringing proposed solutions to any problems that may arise.
• Helping foster a professional environment that is friendly and welcoming to everyone.
• Displaying a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure each patient’s satisfaction.
