Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness in Chicago is seeking licensed therapy professionals to join our EmpowerMe 360 program, delivering physical, occupational, or speech therapy to older adults in senior living communities.

You’ll assess, plan, and implement evidence-based care with a collaborative team, coordinating with wellness and medical providers to maximize residents’ independence. Competitive hourly pay: $39.00–$43.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT/PTA/OT/COTA/SLP).
