EmpowerMe Wellness is actively hiring therapy professionals to join the EmpowerMe 360 program, delivering integrated care for older adults in Monument, Colorado. You will provide therapy and wellness services, conduct assessments, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to improve residents' independence and safety.

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
