EmpowerMe Wellness is collaborating with Jackson Creek Senior Living in Monument, Colorado, to provide integrated therapy and wellness services for older adults.

As a licensed therapist, you will assess residents, develop personalized care plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions as part of a collaborative team, all while enjoying flexible hours and a supportive environment that values growth and client independence.
