Physical Therapy + Care Coordination: The best of both worlds! We’re looking for Physical Therapy Assistants to support our innovative new care coordination program. This role allows you to practice at the top of your license, expand into care coordination duties, and offers flexible scheduling, great benefits, and the chance to make a difference in seniors’ lives.

The Opportunity: We are hiring a licensed PTA to work with residents in senior living communities, including independent, assisted, and memory care settings. Therapy services are covered by private insurance and Medicare Part B.
As a PTA, your responsibilities include:
Our clinics operate Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., but we offer flexible scheduling to suit your lifestyle.
