Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Join our team working with residents in senior living communities, including independent, assisted, and memory care settings. Therapy services are covered by private insurance and Medicare Part B. As a PTA, your responsibilities include:

  • Providing physical therapy and wellness services under supervision
  • Supporting care coordination through wellness visits, communication with providers and caregivers, and assisting with telehealth visits
  • Maintaining professional standards and contributing to program development and quality improvement
  • Enhancing patients’ functional well-being and satisfaction

Your Schedule

Our clinics typically operate 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday, but we offer flexible scheduling to suit your lifestyle.
