Responsibilities

The Opportunity

We are hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work with residents in a senior living community offering independent, assisted living, or memory care. Therapy services are covered by private insurance and Medicare Part B. As a PTA, your responsibilities include:

  • Providing physical therapy and wellness services under supervision
  • Supporting care coordination through wellness visits, communication with providers and caregivers, and assisting with telehealth visits
  • Maintaining professional and ethical standards
  • Contributing to program development and quality improvement
  • Enhancing patient functional well-being and satisfaction
Your Schedule

Our clinics operate Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with flexible scheduling options to suit your lifestyle.
