Position

HTS is currently hiring a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy team at a top-rated Continuing Care Retirement Community in North Manchester, Indiana, 40 miles southwest of Fort Wayne. This facility offers a full continuum of care: independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, rehab-to-home and healthcare services. A growing community-based outpatient population. Great therapy team works well together, fostering a strong work environment with good collaboration.

• Competitive hourly rate.
• Part-time position at 20 hours per week.
• Ideally a 5-day workweek but would consider more flexible options.
• With a consistently growing caseload, strong potential to develop into a full-time position with 30-35 hours per week.

Requirements

Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include graduation from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist assistant education program, subsequent passing of a state-administered national exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
