Job summary

Theracare Inc. is seeking a motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to deliver skilled care to adults in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Indianapolis. You will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist and be part of a dedicated therapy team with easy access to regional management support.

PRN hours are available, offering flexibility to fit various schedules. The facility is located in a central area of Indianapolis, near East side, with a focus on customer service and compassionate patient

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Current or eligible for state license.
• New graduates welcome to apply.
• Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prefer minimum one (1) year experience; PRN hours available.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled direct patient care under supervision of Physical Therapist.
• Deliver therapy services to adult population in skilled nursing facility.
• Collaborate with therapy team and nursing staff to support patient goals.

Education

Qualifications

The Physical Therapist Assistant would perform skilled direct patient care activities under the clinical supervision of the Physical Therapist.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy Assistant program
• Current or eligible for state license
• Prefer active membership with the American Physical Therapy Association (not required)
• Prefer minimum one (1) year experience
• New graduates welcome to apply
• Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills
