Responsibilities

• Administer treatment plans as developed by the Physical Therapist.
• Provide non-complex active and passive therapies and various modalities to patients.
• Document daily, weekly, or monthly patient records and submit paperwork on time.
• Attend educational meetings and participate in department in-services.
• Notify supervisor of equipment failures, supply shortages, or staff/patient changes.
• Schedule patients and perform office tasks.
• Apply infection control and universal precautions during care.
• Accept clinical assignments matching education and competence.
• Promote compliance with payors through education and coaching.
