Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services to residents under physician orders.
• Report patient progress and response to treatment to the Physical Therapist.
• Assist the Physical Therapist in procedures and treatments to ensure safe evaluation and care.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient, facility, and physician information.
• Maintain accurate daily billing information per procedures.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to relay clinical findings.
• Attend family meetings when appropriate.
• Adhere to documentation requirements of Rehabilitation department and facility.
• Provide staff training and in-services as appropriate.
• Follow facility policies and Rehab Policy and Procedure Manual.
• Supervise non-professional staff as appropriate.
