Prava-Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for Cambridge Village of Wilmington in Wilmington, NC. You will work with a Physical Therapist to provide functional, resident-centered care in a vibrant senior living community.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PT interventions under the direction of the Physical Therapist.
• Treat residents across the senior living continuum.
• Help residents improve strength, balance, gait, endurance, mobility, and functional performance.
• Implement individualized plans of care with clinical judgment and resident goals.
• Monitor and communicate changes in resident condition and functional status.
• Provide resident and caregiver education.
• Reinforce home exercise and functional programs.
• Collaborate with nursing, caregivers, families, wellness staff, and other community team.
• Participate in fall prevention, mobility, and wellness initiatives.
• Help residents remain active and engaged in meaningful activities.
• Document efficiently using Prava's AI-enabled tools.

Prava is looking for a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy team at Cambridge Village of Wilmington.

This isn't a traditional therapy environment.

What you'll do

You'll work alongside the Physical Therapist to provide exceptional, functional care to residents throughout the community.

You'll:

• Provide skilled PT interventions under the direction of the Physical Therapist
