Compensation: Physical Therapist Assistant base salary of $25.00-$27.00 per hour, depending on experience and fit.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Implement patient interventions, monitor progress, and modify treatments as directed by the Physical Therapist, ensuring patient safety and comfort
  • Provide quality physical therapy services based on the established treatment plan
  • Accurately document treatment data in a timely manner
  • Communicate patient progress, treatment changes, and follow-up recommendations to team members
  • Educate and counsel patients on treatment, safety, and related issues within your scope
  • Participate in team reassessments and discharge planning
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership
Minimum Requirements
  • Physical Therapist Assistant license or anticipated completion of PTA coursework and exams within 3 months
  • Commitment to delivering top-quality patient care
  • Eagerness to develop skills and support team members' growth
