Job summary

Arizona Pain seeks a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our integrated pain management team in Arizona. You will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and coordinate with PTAs, techs, and other providers to deliver 1:1 patient care.

You will travel between Glendale and Lake Pleasant clinics, work within a 30-minute appointment cadence, and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Active license to practice Physical Therapy in Arizona.
• Experience in multidisciplinary healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop customized treatment plans.
• Guide PTAs and techs in executing treatment plans.
• Collaborate with medical and chiropractic providers for well-rounded care.
• Document patient progress daily in an EHR system.
• Educate patients on exercises and long-term wellness.
