Job Summary:

Insight Comprehensive Therapy is seeking a full-time Licensed Physical Therapist for our Flint location. The ideal candidate is a self-starter capable of working independently in a medical setting.

Responsibilities:

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patients in inpatient and outpatient settings
• Develop, revise, and evaluate care plans involving patients and families
• Utilize standard physical therapy techniques and skills for interventions
• Evaluate patients' mobility and functional abilities
• Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, and ambulation assistance
• Conduct assessments and reassessments every 6 months
• Document treatments and progress notes accurately
• Recommend adaptive equipment and prostheses as needed
• Participate actively as a member of the interdisciplinary team
• Attend staff meetings and contribute to care planning
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Licensed in Michigan or eligible for licensure
• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current BLS certification or ability to obtain within 45 days
• Previous experience in a residential environment preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate, reliable, and detail-oriented
