Responsibilities

• Accurately fill prescriptions using vials or blister packs.
• Measure medication dosages per prescription orders.
• Understand and comply with labeling and regulatory requirements.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
• Redirect clinical inquiries to pharmacists as needed.
• Troubleshoot delivery issues with patients, couriers, and healthcare providers.
• Verify patient information (DOB, address, insurance, etc.).
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant communication and documentation.
• Coordinate with pharmacists for patient consultations.
• Confirm deliveries and follow protocols with internal and external couriers.
• Reconcile delivery batches in pharmacy systems.
• Organize and file paperwork per policy and legal standards.
• Monitor and restock essential supplies and help maintain a clean workspace.
