Job summary

Prolific is seeking Licensed Pharmacists to train and evaluate AI models in healthcare. You will be paid to review and rate pharmacy-focused scenarios as a Domain Expert, with opportunities to contribute exemplars and rationales for model improvement.

Successful candidates can work remotely from the United States, with flexible hours and competitive pay. A one-hour attention task is typical for each assignment, with pay up to $120 USD per hour depending on skills and experience.

Qualifications

• Current license/registration in good standing (e.g., PharmD, RPh, or equivalent)
• Board certification where applicable
• Recent experience in retail, clinical, or hospital pharmacy
• Ability to evaluate drug interactions, dosing, and therapeutic reasoning
• Willingness to self-declare earnings and join the Domain Expert pool

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated pharmaceutical scenarios for accuracy, safety, and clinical reasoning
• Compare model answers and justify best responses based on pharmacy standards
• Create improved exemplars, rationales, or structured feedback for model training
