Job summary

ACHA HOLDINGS LLC in Ballwin, MO is seeking a licensed Pest Control Technician (7A or 7B) to join our growing team. You will perform residential and commercial inspections and treatments while ensuring safety and compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri 7A (General Pest Control) and/or 7B (Termite Control) license.
• Prior pest control experience preferred.
• Knowledge of pesticide application methods and EPA regulations.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a route.
• Physical ability to access crawl spaces and attics.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and/or commercial pest control inspections and treatments.
• Apply pesticides per regulations and safety standards.
• Identify infestations, assess severity, and recommend treatment plans.
• Maintain service records, treatment logs, and customer documentation.
• Communicate treatment processes and prevention tips to customers.
• Safely operate and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and supplies.
• Stay current with industry best practices and continuing education.
