Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and manage a route.
• Physical ability to access crawl spaces and attics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate service records, treatment logs, and customer documentation
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding treatment processes and prevention tips
• Safely operate and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and chemical supplies
• Stay current with industry best practices, pest control techniques, and continuing education requirements

Requirements

• Active Missouri 7A (General Pest Control) and/or 7B (Termite Control) Pest Control License required
• Prior experience in pest control, extermination, or a related field preferred
• Knowledge of pesticide application methods, safety protocols, and EPA regulations
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently, manage a route, and stay organized
• Physical ability to perform inspections in various environments including crawl spaces and attics
