Aptive Environmental is seeking a full-time Licensed Pest Control Technician to join our field team around Chattanooga, TN. You will report to the Chattanooga Service Center and operate on the road in the local area, with occasional office visits.

The role offers uncapped bonuses, an incentive trip, company-provided iPhone, and a vehicle to take home. Compensation ranges from $16 to $20 per hour with overtime potential.

Formación

• Licensed Pest Control Technician license or certification required in the state of work.
• Must hold a current commercial pesticide applicator license or certification for general pest control in the state where the work will be performed.
• A US driver's license that has been valid for a minimum of 3 years is required.
• Drug test and background check will be performed on all new hires.
• Able to work outdoors and travel on daily routes.

Responsabilidades

• Run a daily route resolving customer pest concerns.
• Maintain truck and equipment in proper working order.
• Keep accurate records of treatments provided.
• Mix, apply, and work with pesticides following state and federal laws.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient pest solution.
• Maintain and service all route customers according to company standards.
• Advise customers of potential problems.
• Carry a product backpack weighing approximately 50 lbs.
• Work schedule includes every other Saturday.

This is a full-time Licensed Pest Control Technician position located on the road in the area around Chattanooga, TN . This position will report to our office in Chattanooga, TN once per week. This is a satellite office that is connected to our Chattanooga Service Center The individual we are looking for is also someone that enjoys working in a team environment and excels working at an individual level.

$16 - $20 an hour

Must hold a current commercial pesticide applicator license or certification for general pest control in the state where the work will be performed.

• Carry a product backpack that weighs approximately 50 lbs

Qualifications

• A US driver's license that has been valid for a minimum of 3 years is required
• A clean driving record is required (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than 2 moving violations in the past 4 years)
• A drug test and background check will be performed on all new hires
