Job summary

Aptive Environmental is seeking a hard-working Licensed Pest Control Technician to operate on the road around Louisville, KY. This full-time role reports to the Louisville office weekly and offers a competitive hourly pay, a $500 sign-on bonus, and uncapped bonuses.

Responsibilities include running daily routes, maintaining vehicles and equipment, keeping detailed records of treatments, and applying pesticides in compliance with laws.

Qualifications

• This is an opportunity for a great career with no experience required; training provided.
• A US driver’s license valid for at least 3 years.
• Clean driving record (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than 2 in 4 years).
• A drug test and background check will be performed.

Responsibilities

• Run a daily route resolving customer pest concerns and issues.
• Maintain truck and equipment in proper working order.
• Keep accurate records of treatments provided.
• Mix, apply, and work with pesticides following state and federal laws.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for customers by implementing effective pest solutions.
• Maintain and service all route customers according to company standards.
• Advise customers of potential problems.
• Keep management informed of any problems on routes.
• Maintain proper inventory of pesticides in usage.
• Assigned a route in your local area.
• Carry a product backpack weighing ~50 lbs.
• Work schedule includes every other Saturday.

We are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented and creative team player to join our Aptive team! This is a full-time Licensed Pest Control Technician position located on the road in the area around Louisville, KY. This position will report to our office in Louisville, KY once per week. The individual we are looking for is also someone that enjoys working in a team environment and excels working at an individual level.
