Deans Services in Augusta, ME is seeking an experienced Licensed Pest Control Technician to join our growing team. You’ll manage your own route, inspect properties, diagnose pest issues, and deliver safe solutions with support from a collaborative crew.
We require a current Pest Control Technician License (7E preferred), a valid driver’s license, and strong customer service. We offer a competitive hourly wage of $23–$30 with a sign-on bonus and opportunities to grow your career.
Qualifications
- Current Pest Control Technician License required, preferably 7E
- Knowledge of pest identification and treatment methods
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities
- Service client accounts on an assigned route
- Inspect properties to identify pest activity and entry points
- Diagnose pest issues and recommend solutions
- Perform pest control applications safely per labels and regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service and educate customers on prevention
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate recommendations
- Safely operate and maintain company vehicle and equipment
