The University of Miami’s Pediatrics department seeks a full-time Licensed Therapist to deliver case management, group therapy, psychoeducation, and discharge planning. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans, conduct psychosocial evaluations, and provide individual and group counseling, while maintaining thorough documentation and ensuring privacy.

• Eligible in relevant field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends as necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Relates to and interacts well with patients to meet age-specific needs.
• Interviews and evaluates patients to determine need and develops treatment plans.
• Works with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate psychosocial services.
• Prepares progress notes, reports, and maintains case records.
• Conducts individual and group psychoeducation and counseling sessions.
• Completes psychosocial evaluations and diagnoses and makes treatment recommendations.
• Interprets clinical information from interviews and medical sources.
• Completes and maintains required documentation.
• Performs routine data collection for studies.
• Serves as program liaison to collaborating providers.
